Relevan uses data from other sources for some features. This page gives the credit for each source.

GeoNames

The place data in Relevan comes from GeoNames . The data includes the names, the locations, and the populations of cities, states, and countries.

GeoNames publishes the data under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license  (CC BY 4.0).

Relevan filtered and reshaped the data. Relevan keeps only cities and towns, first-level regions, and countries, and it stores each place in a Relevan format.
